Quilts of Valor
Quilts of Valor is a nation-wide project to provide a comfort quilt to wounded soldiers in every branch of our military.
Below, you will find an Anne Bright design donated to the purpose. We would like each quilt in the project to include the Simply Continuous machine-stichable design.
For participation details, please see www.quiltsforsoldiers.com and www.houseofhanson.com.

Quilting Ideas
For a complete book of patriotic Simply Continuous designs, try Simply Continuous Americana, available in our online bookstore. Many of the designs used in the whole-cloth patterns are taken from this book.
Seen here are two possible whole-cloth designs for Quilts of Valor. You will notice that they are constructed mostly of the repeated triangle designs found above in printable or digitized format. In both patterns, the triangle Purple Heart Design is on point, forming four-triangle, six-triangle, or eight-triangle squares. Play with the triangles to form squares, squares on point, larger triangles, borders, and more. The possibilities are endless.
Whole-cloth Design One has an optional border begun at the bottom. As many of you know, you can always add a border to enlarge a quilt.
To print either of these whole-cloth designs, use the instructions above.
