Straightening out your Download Troubles

I put designs in my cart, but they don't stay there or they dissapear when I go to check out. Why?

The shopping cart for Anne's digitized store uses a very standard and safe technology called cookies. Your browser must support cookies for both standard and secure connections. New browsers all support this. Also, be sure your browser does not have cookies turned off.

I closed the page listing my files to download before I finished downloading them all. What do I do?

You cannot re-open the page listing your downloads. You'll have to contact Anne directly and tell her what happened before you can get access to the files again.
