How do I get my digital designs?

After purchasing a digital design, you will receive a link that you can click on to download the file immediately.

Please note that we have heard of problems while downloading using the MSN Premium Browser.  It would be best to use Explorer, Chrome or Firefox while downloading.

Here are the steps you need to take in order to download the file:

1.  Click on the link.

Note:  If you are clicking on a link from an e-mail, click on 'Download Attachment' instead of steps 1 and 2.

2.  Click on the file name you wish to download.

3.  Click on 'Open'.

4.  Click on 'Extract all files'.

5.  Click on 'Browse..' and find the location you would like to save your files.  This can be a thumb drive, external hard drive, disk, folder, etc.

Click on 'OK'.

6.  Click 'Extract'.

7.  A box will pop up showing the extracted file.

8.  You can now close this box.

9.  If you have more designs to download, repeat steps 2 thru 8 for each design.

10.  Your designs will now be in the location you found when browsing in step 5.
